Ankit Jain graduated from India in 1996 with Bachelor and Master’s degrees in accounting. After graduation, Ankit came to the United States and joined a local accounting CPA firm in Orange County, California and spent four years with the firm. During this time, Ankit gained valuable experience in personal and corporate taxation and in performing reviews and compilations for privately held companies. Ankit joined San Diego based firm with their Orange County office in 2005 and spent several years with the firm advancing to the position of Tax Manager. Ankit has continued to develop his expertise in personal and corporate taxation, financial accounting, and accounting methods. In addition, he has been involved in audit defense and representation, tax consequences of short sales and foreclosures, equity-based compensation issues, and real estate transactions

In 2003, Ankit joined the nationally recognized Los Angeles PCAOB certified audit firm specializing in performing audits for publicly traded companies and advanced to the position of audit manager. In his years with this firm, Ankit participated in audits of companies engaged in various fields including technology, communication, computer software, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, real estate, high tech, financial services. He also performed reviews of quarterly and annual filings with the SEC, pro forma financial information and compliance with other SEC rules and regulations.

Ankit is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Meenu Jain is a chartered accountant from India. Meenu came to the United States in 2005 and joined the nationally recognized Los Angeles PCAOB certified audit firm specializing in performing audits for publicly traded companies

She worked with this firm until 2010 as an audit manager. In the years with this firm, Meenu participated and supervised audits (including audits of public Companies), reviews, Compilation, SEC filings and IPOs of companies engaged in various fields including technology, communication, computer software, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, real estate, high tech, financial services.

Meenu is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
